The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make me comfortable to enjoy my stay in the hotel, what made it most memorable would defiantly be the travel agent/hotel owner Miss Spring who arranged everything for me from the airport transfer to the amazing cruise that I had in halong bay, it was a wonderful experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything better, if you are looking to stay in a hotel that is located few minutes away from the main streets of Hanoi + have someone who is very nice and lovely to help you in planning your trip, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was fantastic. . Location: 5 minutes walk to the lake or night market . Room: good size, very clean, comfy bed, big bathroom, hot shower & toiletries . Staffs: the best. Always happy with smiles. Super helpful with information and tour arrangements . Breakfast: delicious and fresh (even sometimes it took a bit time but we understand. Reason is they are alway fully booked. Hotel has lots of guests) This will be our base again each time we go back there!

We stayed 3 nights and were so happy there. The room has a good size with super comfy bed. Lovely friendly staff helped to arrange our trip to Ha Giang loop. They kept our luggage for free when we were away. Offered us a free room for a shower to refreshen up before we went to the airport. They helped to book our taxibto the airport cheaper than grap.

Thousand stars for this lovely hotel. Just best location with amazing helpful and friendly staff. They helped to arrange trips to Hagiang Loop and Halong bay with good price. So happy with every thing

Dream central hotel is located in the middle of the old quarter where all attractions and shopping streets are just a 5 mins walk away.Location 10/10. The hotel has neat clean rooms, all free amenities like toiletries, coffee, tea and drinking water. Breakfast is limited to Eggs and bread but enough. Ibwould liek to make a special mention to our Hotel manager Ms Spring, she was just fabulous and so helpful. Helped book my rooms as per my requirements as well as booked the Ha long bay tour. Even on her day off, she helped me sort out logistics when the ha long bay cruise got cancelled mid way due to bad weather. Truly appreciate all the assistance she provided me and my family.

A nice hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter with amazing staffs who were always happy to help. We booked all of our travels there and were more than happy. They provided with any information that we wanted to know. An amazing place to stay in Hanoi center.
